Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the avocado, then add sour cream, cilantro, and garlic.
- Blend until smooth; add water or more lime juice for desired consistency.
