Description

A delicious and creamy turkey spaghetti bake that’s perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup small-diced onion
  • 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning, cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Cook until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add diced turkey and frozen peas to the sauce, stirring to combine.
  6. Mix in cooked spaghetti until evenly coated with the sauce.
  7. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and crushed butter crackers.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly, and crackers are lightly golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
