Delicious taco cups made with homemade taco meat and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 batch Homemade Taco Meat
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 batch Guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 batch Salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup black olives (sliced)
- Optional: low carb tortilla chips
Instructions
- Prepare all of your ingredients and have them in an assembly line.
- Take each cup and add some taco meat to the bottom, and top with sour cream.
- Next add some guacamole and shredded lettuce.
- Add some salsa over the lettuce.
- Then add some shredded cheddar cheese and sliced black olives.
- Finally, top with the (optional) tortilla chips and serve.
Notes
- For a low-carb option, use lettuce leaves instead of tortilla chips.
