Description

Delicious taco cups made with homemade taco meat and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 batch Homemade Taco Meat
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 batch Guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 batch Salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup black olives (sliced)
  • Optional: low carb tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare all of your ingredients and have them in an assembly line.
  2. Take each cup and add some taco meat to the bottom, and top with sour cream.
  3. Next add some guacamole and shredded lettuce.
  4. Add some salsa over the lettuce.
  5. Then add some shredded cheddar cheese and sliced black olives.
  6. Finally, top with the (optional) tortilla chips and serve.

Notes

  • For a low-carb option, use lettuce leaves instead of tortilla chips.
