Description

Deliciously gooey Nutella brownies that are quick and easy to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 tablespoons all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, stir together all ingredients just until combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared dish. The batter will be thick; you may need to use a spatula sprayed with cooking spray to spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the center looks just a bit gooey, but the edges are set, about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
