- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Add minced garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and capers. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Mix in butter until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
