Delicious no-bake protein balls made with cranberries, pistachios, and nut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)
- 1 cup shelled pistachios (chopped)
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla recommended)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cranberries, chopped pistachios, protein powder, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
- Add honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter; stir until it forms a sticky mixture.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
- Scoop out portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for easy snacking.
