Description

A refreshing avocado salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and lime.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large haas avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a large salad bowl and toss together until combined.
  2. Taste and season with additional salt if needed.
  3. Serve immediately.

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of olive oil.
