Ingredients

- 2 large haas avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions
- Add everything to a large salad bowl and toss together until combined.
- Taste and season with additional salt if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of olive oil.
- Can be served with tortilla chips for a great appetizer.
