Description

Delicious beef slider patties topped with cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the beef mixture into 12 small patties, sized to fit the slider buns.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef patties until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  5. While the patties are cooking, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still slightly soft.
  7. To assemble the sliders, cut the slider buns in half. Place the bottom half of each bun on a baking sheet.
  8. Top each bun with a beef patty, a half-slice of cheddar cheese, and a spoonful of scrambled eggs.
  9. Place the top half of the buns on the sliders.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
  11. While the sliders are baking, prepare the crack sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce alternative, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
  12. Remove the sliders from the oven and drizzle with crack sauce. Serve immediately.
