Ingredients

- 2 pieces chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil (canola or grapeseed)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or chopped scallions (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts thinly against the grain.
- Heat cooking oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add chicken and stir fry until lightly golden.
- Add minced garlic and cook briefly.
- Add asparagus and stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and toss to coat.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry.
- Cook another minute until chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or scallions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes when stir-frying.
- Pair with cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal.
