Description

A refreshing Mediterranean salad with vibrant flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup black olives, pitted
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red or yellow), sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and chopping them as needed.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, salami, provolone cheese, black olives, and bell peppers. Toss gently.
  3. Add torn basil leaves and mix well.
