Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix (3 ounces each)
  • 3 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (11 ounces)
  • 5 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Extra whole or crushed vanilla wafers for topping

Instructions

  2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk again until the mixture looks smooth and slightly thicker.

  5. Let the filling sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  6. Slice the bananas into coins about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Toss the banana slices gently with the lemon juice.
