- 1 cup Espresso or Strong Coffee (Brew strong for best flavor.)
- 500 grams Mascarpone Cheese (High-quality recommended.)
- 200 ml Coconut Cream (Use unsweetened for better control of sweetness.)
- 100 grams Sugar (Adjust to taste.)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Important for flavor.)
- 50 grams Coconut Flakes (Toasted or plain.)
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (For dusting.)
Instructions
- Brew your strong espresso and let it cool down to room temperature. Stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, coconut cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee mixture.
- In a serving dish, create layers starting with soaked ladyfingers followed by the mascarpone filling. Repeat at least three times.
- Dust the top layer with cocoa powder and sprinkle coconut flakes over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Slice and serve cold.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use a dark roast espresso.
