This quick and easy mug bread recipe is perfect for a fast snack or breakfast!
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Place the butter in the mug and melt it in the microwave.
- When melted, remove from microwave and add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix the ingredients together with a fork until they are well blended.
- Microwave for 90 seconds.
- When done cooking, shake the bread out of the mug. If it sticks at all, running a knife along the edges should do the trick.
- Slice the bread. For a crisper bread, place the slices in toaster.
- Top with butter or cream cheese.
Notes
- This recipe is gluten-free due to the almond flour.
- Adjust the cooking time depending on the wattage of your microwave.
