Description

This quick and easy mug bread recipe is perfect for a fast snack or breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Place the butter in the mug and melt it in the microwave.
  2. When melted, remove from microwave and add in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix the ingredients together with a fork until they are well blended.
  4. Microwave for 90 seconds.
  5. When done cooking, shake the bread out of the mug. If it sticks at all, running a knife along the edges should do the trick.
  6. Slice the bread. For a crisper bread, place the slices in toaster.
  7. Top with butter or cream cheese.
