- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (assorted colors)
- 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press the seams together to form a rectangle. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the baked crust.
- Layer on the chopped bell peppers, sliced cucumbers, and diced tomatoes.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake again for 10-15 minutes until everything is heated through and the cheese is melted.
