Delicious coconut brownies with a rich chocolate flavor and a creamy coconut layer.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt—mix gently.
- Stir together shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla.
- Spread half the brownie batter into a greased pan.
- Add the coconut layer, then gently spread remaining batter on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 28–32 minutes.
- While warm, sprinkle extra shredded coconut over top.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For a thicker brownie, use a smaller pan.
- Make sure to let them cool completely for easier slicing.
