Instructions
- Begin by selecting a high-quality cut of beef, like picanha or ribeye. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Rub both sides of the steak with coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high, around 400°F.
- Place the seasoned steak on the grill or skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat, then stir in minced garlic and fresh herbs. Cook until fragrant.
