Description

This Dole Whip recipe is a delicious and refreshing dessert that combines vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple, and pineapple juice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple (1″ chunks)
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-duty blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice. Blend until it is smooth and resembles soft-serve ice cream.
  2. Transfer the Dole Whip into a covered container and freeze for 2-3 hours to get the perfect dole whip consistency.
  3. When you are ready to serve, spoon the frozen Dole Whip into a piping bag and pipe into each glass, or else simply scoop the mixture into your glasses.
  4. Garnish with a sliced wedge of pineapple and serve with a straw and spoon. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a firmer consistency, freeze longer than 2-3 hours if desired.
  • This treat can also be served in a cone.
