This Dole Whip recipe is a delicious and refreshing dessert that combines vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple, and pineapple juice.

- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups frozen pineapple (1″ chunks)
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
Instructions
- In a heavy-duty blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, frozen pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice. Blend until it is smooth and resembles soft-serve ice cream.
- Transfer the Dole Whip into a covered container and freeze for 2-3 hours to get the perfect dole whip consistency.
- When you are ready to serve, spoon the frozen Dole Whip into a piping bag and pipe into each glass, or else simply scoop the mixture into your glasses.
- Garnish with a sliced wedge of pineapple and serve with a straw and spoon. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a firmer consistency, freeze longer than 2-3 hours if desired.
