Instructions
- Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into the blender.
- Add fresh or frozen blueberries to the blender with the avocado.
- Spoon in the yogurt of your choice. This adds creaminess and a probiotic boost.
- If you wish for a sweeter flavor, add honey or maple syrup. Adjust based on your personal preference.
- Add the lemon juice, which brightens the flavor and keeps the avocado from browning.
- Pour in the almond milk and blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice cubes if you desire a colder drink.
- Stop the blender and give your smoothie a taste. Adjust sweetness or add more almond milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
