Description

Delicious and easy no-bake peanut butter chocolate bars made with almond flour and dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond flour (or substitute 3/4 cup gluten-free flour)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, almond flour, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  8. Lift the bars out using parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the almond flour with gluten-free flour.
